RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Online purchases in Switzerland carry no statutory right of withdrawal.

 

Every work is hand-printed or made specifically for your order. For that reason we do not take goods back and do not refund them if you simply change your mind after delivery.

 

Damaged or faulty delivery: send us a photo at info@rcprints.ch within seven days of receiving it. We replace the goods at no extra cost and you do not need to send anything back. If the item is no longer available, we refund the full purchase price within five working days to the same payment method.

 

Wrong delivery: if you received a different motif or size than you ordered, write to info@rcprints.ch. We will send the correct item; RC prints covers the cost.
