Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Shipping costs: CHF 12.00 per order. If the order contains only postcards, shipping is CHF 5.00. Orders of CHF 75.00 or more ship free.

Delivery time: up to 14 days after the order, for all items. Gift cards arrive immediately by e-mail.

From Bern: originals, small formats and sets are printed by hand, signed and packed in Bern. Postcards are printed in Switzerland and packed by hand in Bern.

From the print partner in Europe: posters with wooden hanger, canvas prints, framed reproductions, T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, water bottles and tumblers are made to order and shipped directly to you.

Import and customs: Items made by our print partner in Europe are imported into Switzerland. For a single low-priced item there are usually no import charges. For more expensive items (for example framed reproductions) or larger orders, the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security may levy import VAT (8.1%); the postal service or courier additionally charges a handling fee. These charges are collected on delivery and are not included in the price.

Mixed orders: If you order an item from Bern together with an item from our print partner, the shipments arrive separately and at different times. Postage is charged only once.

Framed works are shipped as a parcel, carefully packed in cardboard and bubble wrap. Items from Bern can be collected in Bern by arrangement; write to us at info@rcprints.ch.

If a shipment arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days to info@rcprints.ch. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
