Hand-cut linocut, hand-printed in Bern by Richard Červenka. Every sheet is pulled individually — no two are alike. Printed on Hahnemühle Sumi-E, a natural-white Japanese paper, 80 g/m², with a slightly rough, highly absorbent surface.
The Ladder — original large-format linocut (29.7 × 42 cm), printed on a sheet of 32.5 × 50 cm: a paper margin runs all the way round, belongs to the sheet and is not trimmed off. Edition of 45. Delivered framed: black wooden frame with mount, ready to hang.
